However, your satisfaction is important to us.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not in fresh condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the product for verification.
In such cases, we will offer a replacement or partial/full refund depending on the situation.

Flowers are natural products. Slight variations in color, size, and bloom stage are normal and not considered defects.
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery and the bouquet is left in a safe place, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
